DNA Full Form. What is the Full Form of DNA?

Full Form of DNA is  Deoxyribonucleic acid. DeoxyRibo  means lack of an oxygen atom and ribose sugar, Nucleic is found in the nucleus of a cell and Acid contains negatively charged phosphate ion which is acidic in nature . Deoxyribonucleic acids  are hereditary  in human and most other living beings, they carry the genetic information for growth, development, functioning and reproduction of all known living organisms. Deoxyribonucleic acids  consists of four bases, which are Adenine, Guanine, Thymine and Cytosine. All these Information in  Deoxyribonucleic acid  is stored in the form of sequences of different nucleotides. The double helix immensely is similar to  a long ladder which is twisted into a coil or helix. . These sides of the “ladder” are formed by a backbone of sugar and phosphate molecules, and  “rungs” consist of nucleotide bases joined weakly in  middle by hydrogen bonds.
