AM & PM Full Form , What is the Full Form of AM & PM ?

The  Full Form of AM is Ante Meridiem.

 The Full Form of PM is Post Meridiem. 

 Ante meridiem means before mid-day.Ante Meridiem (AM) is a time convention unit that is used with the 12 hour clock. This 12-hour system divides the time period of a day into two periods each of 12 hours. The first 12 hour period is represented by AM that is Ante Meridiem. 


Post Meridiem denotes the period after midday.Post Meridiem (PM) is another time convention unit that is used with the 12 hour clock. The 12 hour clock system divides the time period into two equal periods the first 12 hour period is AM and the Second 12 hour period is PM. 

 Ante Meridiem or AM


 Ante Meridiem represents time from midnight to noon that is from 12:00 AM to 11:59 AM. 

 Post Meridiem  or PM


 Post Meridiem represents time from noon to just before midnight that is from 12 PM to 11:59 PM
