Full Form of PNR  Passenger Name Record.

 Passenger Name Record (PNR) is a record of the passenger or customer stored in the database of a computer reservation system (CRS). Passenger Name Record (PNR) is used mainly by railways and airlines to store records of the passengers who are going to travel with them.

 Passenger Name Record (PNR) Includes passenger's personal records like name, address, phone number etc.


Passenger Name Record (PNR) system was first introduced by Airlines to collect the passenger's details in the case if the passenger takes more than one flights to reach the destination.
